Where do you ship?

Domestically, we ship to any address in the United States except Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and the United States Virgin Islands.

Internationally, we ship to the following countries: France, Canada, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Poland.

How long does shipping usually take?

Ground shipping usually takes between 7 and 14 business days. 

Expedited shipping usually takes 2 business days once the order has been processed. Processing can take up to 3 business days depending on order volume.

What is your holiday return policy?

While we’re sure our buds will SLEIGH, we’re extending our 45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee for products purchased during the holiday season. Orders purchased during the month of November can be returned for a refund or exchange up until January 16th! Starting December 1st, we’ll be reverting back to our standard 45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee return policy which you can read more about here.

What is your product warranty policy?

Raycon products purchased this holiday season will be covered by our standard Raycon Limited Warranty, which covers manufacturer defects for the first year following the device’s purchase date. You can see more information about our Limited Warranty here.
